Any Help! Currently changed out an Otis GDBC board along with drive for the newer KBA21310AAV10 drive with updated GDBC boards. everything is wired in an all terminals connected. yet we are getting no relays picking for drive enable. no blocks, yet fault SFCMSg? any info would be great. we miss a procedure or wire that we should've added/deleted in the change? everything was plug and play yet were dead in the water now.

Did you use the eeprom from the old Drive?

old eprom threw an E2 fault that we could not get unblocked, new one cleared all green lights, now 726 SFCMSG fault.

And you did enter all parameters from the documentation on site?

I suspect that the new drive board has a newer software uploaded.
If that is the case, you might have some parameters in the setup documentation that you dont have any data for.

Error 726 has something to do with UCM-EN and communications between control board and Drive.
What is the parameter "Interface Type" in Setup/Contract M3-1 set to? 1 = if you have a GECB Board (CAN).

You can check the "UCM-EN on/off" parameter in Setup/Contract M3-1. Change it between 0/1.

Thank you Alex. we do not have then new parameter documentation on site. all we have is the old parameters from 2006. It is indeed newer software. we have about 34 new parameters that are not listed in our old drive set up documentation.

UCM-EN was one of the new parameters that we have no info for. we will try today and see if we get communication to enable the drive.
