xtra info 00000102. does it at any floor. happens intermittently. can go up to 3 months between this fault. sometimes 3 times in a week. replaced the vane switches on car top. checked all the connections. im thinking of replacing the cio board. does anybody have a better idea?

Had this problem about 8 months ago. Surprisingly enough it turned out to be a door lock problem at the top floor. This is of course a quite different error but the problem disappeared after we fixed that.
