Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've just picked up a KONE KCM831 unit on my route and am wondering if anyone has any manuals or information about connecting to this controller that they could share. I've read previous posts about connecting using hyperterminal, but I didn't see any specifics about how to set it up for communication. Thanks.
