What amp fuse is it? Is the floor that is blowing your main fire landing? What voltage is your power supply throwing out at the controller? 24.5-25.5 VDC is nominal so you do not lose voltage at the far end of your run.
Reasons I ask are; TKE used to have 2 amp picos in the HN cards. It was decided that this was way too much and the next generation came out with .5 amps. This sounds good, in theory, until you get a main fire landing, with phone fault crud, and let's throw an emergency power jewel in there too. Needless to say it hasn't worked out as well as some engineer with 4-8 years worth of college was anticipating.
This very well could be a simple low voltage, that would require more amps, but I have been changing out .5 amp with 1 amp with absolutely no issues. So check your power supply first, then if you do not wish to up the pico, you could try swapping HNs, re teach, and see if the problem stayed there, or swapped to hn1. That would accurately decide if you had an HN issue.
