I have a DMC1 and no fast tool. Found car at bottom terminal with doors open. Ran on insect up/dn. Went through interlocks - poor contact on some. Some pick up rollers clipping. Observed and returned to service.
Car ran for about a half hour and went down again (found at bottom terminal w/ doors open again. Car calls latch, power is applied to doors, then car immediately goes into viscosity. Viscosity runs for about 2 minutes, times out and pump stops.
Rebuilt i2 valve because it was bleeding all over the place - screens are clean. Tooled with low pressure a bit which sends car into viscosity sooner if turned in. Everything seems fine except that low speed doesn't drop and I don't get high speed.
Any clues? Not sure what I'm overlooking.
