Otis LRS3 DLVS valve problem

Hi Guys,
having problem with OTIS LRS3 the DLVS valve with no power going to it. The DLV relay is picking up and the L3s limit is making.
Do not have the right print.
Anybody have the LRS3 print? or any idea?
