i have a problem with startup because dont have the signal SF1 and KEY signal when i put a jumper between (+24 v) and SF1 the led RDC turn on but now have signal in led KEY and SF1 but dont move anything.What is the sequence for turn on SF1 or startup procedures

what is it yer trying to start up? what is an eclipse? chairlift? homelift? trash compactor? no prints or technical help on a start up? or do you mean the unit does not "run" up?

savaria eclipse residential elevator.I dont have signal KEY and SF1.This is new installation and the instruction explain about put a jumper 2 for KEY SW in main board but nothing work in the diagram its not clear about where come from the signal KEY.I need to start up this elevator

You got that thing running yet? Maybe ya just gotta "turn" the KEY to get SF1 or something. ?????

gracias ya esta funcionando el problema es que el led SF1 en la tarjeta del carro estaba encendido aunque el relay SF1 no funcionaba estaba la bobina abierta,por tanto no pasba se�al de 24 vcd por contactos.

now is working the led SF1 in car board was on but the relay SF1 donot turn on because the coil was open .the signal 24vcd dont pass through the contacts.Watch this factory problem because the elevator is new
