Can't get out of fire service the car wants to run on bypass only anything else it goes into fire service I changed out the key switch just lost right now any ideas

Maybe bad input board, you need the hand tool to test it.
Change the board of fire inputs for another same part number
and check if the problem change.

Will the car run on phase 2? If so, put car on phase 1, run to any floor on phase 2, take the car to the main recall floor on phase 2, open the doors, remove from phase 2, turn off phase 1.if this doesn't fix it you more than likely have a bad input or output board.

It doesn't sound like it's stuck on phase 2, if it only runs on Bypass then you probably have a primary or alternate recall active. I don't have prints on that but find where the recalls come into the controller and see what inputs they go to, they should be in the same state.

I think the inputs should be AESS for alternate and ESS for primary, Red LEDs both high for normal service.
