Is there anyone out there that can send me a fault code list for these elevators? I have 5 on service and the last company took all the info and electrical schematics for these units when they lost the contract. My email is [email protected]. thanks in advance.

Look at menu 4:10-11-12-13-14. record the values on the display and post them to insure you get the right documents for the software and CPU you have.
