Chris Tabor stranger C Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 3	My tool won't communicate. I replaced the IOA board and the 186o board and chip. Also the board doesn't seem to be putting any power to door operators or starter or even the C.O.P. battery is new and checked tool on another tac 20.

Street rodder newbie S Joined: Dec 2012 Posts: 25	What port do you have it plugged into? Use the 232 not the 485. Tac 20's are 16 bit, should work with regular IMS.

Indirtwetrust ElevatorPractitioner I Joined: Dec 2015 Posts: 1,766 Likes: 11 Local 18	There are no 32 bit TAC20s. If you replaced the CPU, you need to put software in through Hyperterminal, it doesn't even know it's an elevator.
