I have a Tac 20-03 and no service tool. the elevator is a two stop, front opening only, the basement flooded and moisture was in hoist way. Elevator will run but it stops opening the doors. The car answers calls but no door open. mainline the controller and it resumes normal operation for about an hour. I have the following faults repeating themselves in the log, 1014,1057,1083,1006,1103,1033,1055, and 1041. another interesting thing is sometimes it says fervice 41 instead of service. Any suggestions as to where I should start?

Some tac20s bring up the 33,55,57 when the hook is pulled the others are doors turned off and door wd and losing CPU memory what else got wet?

You lost all your memory you have to start from scratch. All your saved parameters are gone. Days work if you don't have the setup saved for this job. If If you do reload, and do a selector learn run, set fire Svc, if faults still happen you have software damage. Call tke, and get out your cheak book.

Probably on door disconnect. Need service tool to change parameter. Or a new door board

To Lowoil. nothing got wet directly. the customer told me water pipe broke, the entire basement had several inches of water, pit flooded, humidity in hoist way and in cab. nothing looks water damaged, it just doesn't run correct. is there a service tool out there for purchase?

The 1014 and 1083 are telling. You need IMS and probably software. Interesting though that it runs for a while. Make sure your power supply is like 25.5 volts and the battery on the CPU isn't shorted or something but not sure if the 03 had a battery? Probably.

We have a 20-03 doing a similar thing. 1033,1055,1057, 1041 and 1086 faults. Car intermittently will not leave first floor and throws those faults. We have checked and changed magnets, replace both selector boards checked wiring. Doors close, car goes no where, doors reopen a few minutes later and goes back in service running fine for days. Any ideas?
