Can anyone help with error code 10- the description says its a drive fault. We were having 70 flts every other day, until we changed CPU's. Now all but one of the 3 cars are fine, except now we are getting entrapments logging a 10 flt on one car. It started after we changed a couple Lon I/O boards about a week ago. Tech is going to go back tomorrow and swap the io boards we changed before the 10 faults, but at this point we are shooting in the Dark.

and a 97 code as well was present after a shutdown.

1209 is not a Extra info should another fault

1209=Missing NOde (something in comunication)or power filure in LON sometimes has 24v in controller and just 20v in Cab (for LON)
pres OK and Show you a Extra info is a Long number ex.(000100002)

97=ETSL_MISC (check Vane or any error reading the Terminal)(make a new JFL "learn trip")

10-FC_FAULT: is a Emergency Stop (suddenly)
sometimes if open a Interlock at high speed or any Charging Fault in the Drive in TX some time auxiliary contacts from SH contactors

Thank you, could this be caused by a flaky SB Pilot relay, it still has the original blue rather than the new black ones.

Back contacts on those blue relays have been causing ghost faults since their inception. The finder relay is trash, change it, even if it's not the problem.

Mechanic is saying there is no Extra info available for the 10 fault. But he is getting extra info 0x0003000f in the 1209 fault intermittently do you know what that is?

Do you have any info on how to put the car on wild car opp, with doors closed and stop at random flrs, would be awesome!

for door disable, go to menu found "Special Trip" next KFM tourn in ON
with KFM car run with door disable

press button 1 & 2 to return to Status Disply

in the Status Display
if you press button 1 an 4 at the same time you could make car calls

to return to normal go to Special trip and Turn OFF KFM
