Sounds to me like it's a pmac so the motor rpm isn't critical only at start up. You have to go through your load weighing adjustment procedure, small adjustments have large effects. Also did you do your balance adjustment at the beginning of the Laos weighed adjustment? This is all after you have Calibrated the unit itself and learned the floor weights. Shoot me a email
