car is found shut down level at bottom landing. 3 stops. front only. go to plug in with hht. car starts up again. goes into viscosity control. and is ready for action. usually the call comes in on monday. i tried recreating it. hit the manual lowering and it relevels no problem. cleaned the levelling sensors and mirrors. checked the power supplies. all where they should be. has anybody had this problem with these wonderful controls?

What type of valve is on it? Have you cleaned screens?

Does job have a tank heater??? It sounds like a viscosity problem.

Did you put a gauge on the valve, pull the main line and shut the gate valve in the hydraulic line?

i found the lu and ld sensors too close together. so i spread them to the factory reommended spacing. then it was stopping early in the down. the valve was set to glide into the floor. now i have stabilized levelling and a firm stop. i installed a tank heater too. im not sure which of those two items fixed it. but it hasnt shut down for over a week now. which is a new record. its been this way for 10 years. but the site caretaker had been resetting it for years without our knowledge. now hes gone. i hate when people dont follow up with what their fix was. so i figured i should. maybe it will start to become the norm around here.
