Jluff old hand J Joined: Aug 2016 Posts: 778	Turnbull Overhead traction mg variable voltage simplex elevator Collective selective 5 stop Getting reports riders are not getting to there floor and r stuck for a few mins b4 being able to return to the lobby ... it happens once a day ... I have found it above the top floor shut down as well. Doors will open n it will level down and work fine ... changed all brushes and switches n cams seem fine. Any ideas ??

Jim journeyman J Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 87	p relay contacts. it maybe going out of step. or worn out p relay clapper. or just the whole p relay worn out. or p relay spring tension set too high. or armature gap of p relay too big.
