First I would make sure MC1 contacts are good and not reading more than an ohm or so. Make sure motor windings don't read to ground and choke isn't open or something. Check very carefully for something that may have come unplugged or disturbed while you were in there like the LEMs. Make sure the IGBT plugs are not pushed all the way on the pins.
It isn't uncommon though to loose another component at the same time as an IGBT, especially the Inverter Interface Cards. At this point I would go through the Universal Drive Testing Procedure. Unfortunately, unless you work for TKE you are not going to have the tester. I can send you the tester manual but you will only be able to do the more basic tests.
