Tac50 car comes to floor,but will not light to acknowledge call has been placed ... Group of 4 and all good on hall station across from it...Is this an I/On or hall station problem
If it's a TAC50. I think the output must be ok if the other riser works, probably a lamp. If it is a TAC50-03 or -04, it could be a lamp but it could also be an L24 card for an 03 or an HN or breakout card if it's an 04.
