Fault 050-004
Level up level down without dz /critical
Shuts down car in up as soon as level magnet hits switch
All switches and magnetic switches are good
All relays are good
Clc new
Cam hits switches and opens them but does not go into slow down
Very intermittent runs a hundred times then bam ur stuck
Tried everything to recreate no luck

So running the car into a floor and pulling the door zone input from the mag switch doesn't recreate it? The first thing I would check is your P24 in the controller. If it's lower than 24, re-tap the transformer. You said the switches are good, does that mean you have replaced the DZ mag switch or at least swapped it with LU or LD? I recently had a 1A intermittently stalling at up level, LU switch was only passing 19 volts. I assume you would only get this fault if the DZ input was low but it would be interesting to see what happened if you pulled T11-1 at the controller, at least rule out a travel cable wire. Although it is still possible the travel cable wire is grounding out, pulling the input low.

I'm with IDWT on replacing the mag switch.
Have you seen it happen in the down direction?
Your're not slowing when opening the slowdown switch, but no 052 faults?
If you've only seen it in the up, maybe you're blowing through the floors in leveling. Check the up level adjuster for junk in the screen.
Maybe I'm reading your post wrong, but the 1-A uses mag switches and vanes for LU/DZ/LD, not magnets and switches.

Anyway, good luck

Mag switches lu/dz/ld that is correct three with a vanes and switches for slowdown and terminal
First thing done was chang all three mag switches
Will be checkin voltage drops today
The thing will run and run then just does this cannot find a pattern
Also we pulled the dz wire from relay board no fault
Pulled the dz relay no fault
Pulled both no fault this is while running in the up
The car would still level in and read dz ????

So on your FAST, variable no. 030, you see LU, DZ or LD, DZ come in without the DZ wire on the terminal?
And your not flagging a 007 or 052 faults?
Bizarre one indeed.

That is correct
We got a 52-02 when we jump out both the slow downs at hit the overhead
We took dz off relay board not in cop thou

If you took off DZ in the COP most likely would fault.
While you're in there, check your 5 & 12 volts.
Should read 5.1 and somewhere around 10.75.

Back to your original post, you said the car would run up, seemingly not recognizing the slowdown switches when they opened correct?
Maybe the cam is passing the switches, but not opening them on occasion, then seeing the mag switches, which is a fault.
Does the car cam appear plumb? The approximate distance between the cam face and switch body when opened is like 1/4" if I remember right.
Also, upon hatch switch inspection, did you look at each spring steel plate for breaks?

Pulling the wire at the relay board and pulling the relay just confirm that the DZ input itself does have to be low to trigger this fault, ruling out everything past the COP. Pulling the wire in the COP coming from the mag switch at SRT-13 would have to recreate this fault. Taking the travel cable wire to ground would also pull the input low (or blow the fuse.). If the CLC and the DZ switch have both been replaced, I would want to put my eye balls on every inch of the wire going from the DZ switch splice down to the COP and through every connection to the CLC plug (LCC2). Also pull the LCC2 MTA plug and look in the end of it, use something slightly smaller than the pin to check the spring tension (or just replace it.) I would say park the car at a floor and watch the DZ input at CLC Variable 005 while wiggling plugs but I doubt you would catch it since the FAST response is so slow. The only other thing I can think (besides the possibility of the TC wire grounding) is the diode around the DZ coil on the print. I'm pretty sure that's in the relay, not on the board. Make sure you do successfully recreate the fault though. I am quite confident you can by pulling the wire from the switch or the factory wire from the terminal strip (SRT-13) to the DZ input on the CLC (LCC2-5.) Keep us posted.
