MCE PTC up only not drop out H relay #21396 08/16/17 10:13 PM

Msd journeyman M Joined: Aug 2013 Posts: 69	Hi This is what have been done, called MCE swap and replace PCA board, PCIO board and relay board. Problem is in up direction only, computer drops High speed led but H relay stays high. Down works normal. Have anyone encounter this?
