Schindler TXR5 ASILOGA Board Question

We have a TXR5 unit that some of the SMT components on the ASILOGA board burned up on. We got a replacement and the car will run on inspection, but on automatic the LCD reads "Install" and car doesn't respond. The sim cards are gone. Are we stuck without them?

bottom left corner has a SW is in the right position ? or maybe a cicuit that part of this switch cicuit
