Just roped car and now when the car is at the top landing floor level. When I run it down it wants to hesitate for about 5 secs then it will go. I looked to see if any faults theee were none but but went to history log and there I seen a fault 130 sub 5100 220.

Motor bridge overcurrent warning. Is the main brake picking?

Yes both brakes are picking. Since it only happens when car is at the top landing do you think the cwt is to heavy or car to light

Yes there is some roll back

Worth taking 4 or 5 counter weights off and placing them on top of the lift car and seeing if there is a difference. Is car to cwt 45% full load balanced?

If you have re roped have you recalibrated the loadweigher? As closed loop if this is out of calibration it will give you running issues ie roll back etc.

Presuming it is a LCE controller (monospace etc)

Put lift car in middle of shaft and check menu 5, submenu 1 - this will display a number L******, the number displayed being % of load in lift car. With lift at mid point in shaft, empty car, it should be close to 0 (+/- 2% should be ok). If this is out then you need to re-calibrate the load weigher.
