Working on otis gen 2 I & T panel has charge light flashing In battery status box, fault light barely flickers on startup then goes, out everything works alright then after 20 minutes fault light illuminates and no hall calls or car calls til cycle the power then back to square one. Battery 2 measures 13 volts battery one measures anywhere from 50 to 60 which seems excessive. Elevator operates properly til that fault light pops up in battery status box after sitting for 20 minutes, but batteries seem all fine individually measure each of the 4 in battery 1 each have 13 volts. Think it has something to do with that little flicker of the fault light on startup.

controller is not seeing proper battery voltage. change the batteries. i PM'd you as well

pm'd you how to turn off the battery till you get the new batteries.

Gen2 is super sensitive with the batteries. They will start to fault out before you can tell there’s a problem with a meter. Just replace them.
