we recently had to replace a water damaged Udc pa2 with a upgraded pa6 ,motor is 115vdc door operator is HD HL ,upon completing parimeter loading,while finishing up learn run.found the distance count not counting for learn run checked voltage at tach red and green voltage is good.do not know if the the tach or replacement board is bad..any suggestions..

Do you have the correct 500 ppr digital encoder? (The small one)

..........yes it was a running car until it got hit by water..
.........the motor and encoder is a 1150 rpm 1/6hp..i am reading the 5v. from the board tach power is good..

Are you just reading voltage to the Encoder or reading each channel to ground while slowly turning the motor to see them go high and low? If you didn’t replace the Encoder I suspect it got wet too.
