Do you have your stall time max'd out 90sec. Assumed you've checked bypass. Do you have low oil switch? What does the MCSS error log read.... 2710,2102,2643? Had same problem 6 yrs ago very intermittent... replaced the suppressors on the coils and problem went away. Still don't know why.
