The group display is showing one of the elevators as out of group. This means the car is not available to the group. just an indicator not necessarily a fault. Could be a fault, elevator is in a mode not supported by the group such as IND or insp. could be parking, etc. what does elevator control say? check group communication on group control. just like checking floor board communication on car. should be 70% or higher preferable 100%
