as far as the scrolling message i think it does that when it gets noise on the line nothing to worry about. As far as the low oil switch you need to not only turn on the switch in software but there is also a jumper on the board that needs to be removed. But now that i think about it you probobly don't have a low oil switch it is more likely a low temp and high temp switch ...looks the same as low oil. Another idea for the stlu fault that i have ran into is the car overheats and the thermal in the motor opens ...car runs down to bottom floor eventually then after sitting the thermal contraction of the oil ...car goes below floor level and wants to level up but the motor thermal is still open thus the stlu fault. Look at your faults for a prac fault or prac not at the top floor and that will be a sure bet that it overheated.
