This doesn't look like a Miprom 21. I have only seen this arrangement on a Traction Mod with the generator still in use, or on a hydro in a Government Building with all kind of extra non essential add ons. What is this exactly. You will need a service tool. I am not sure World Software and a laptop will work on this animal. Did you just take this on Maintenance?
