I have a tac20 that when I put it in sabbath mode it makes a full run up and down opens at each floor then when it gets back to the main landing opens doors closes them and stops. I don't know if it's a specific programming problem or what, only way to make it do a full run again is to either reset controller well it is still in sabbath or enter a car call, which kind of defeats the purpose of sabbath mode. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. As I am running out of ideas

Could it possibly be overheating? If not and it is discrete wired, I would sell the customer a PLC programmed to register car calls to run floor to floor. If it is a lon job it would require more wiring and putting PLC on car top. You could also program it to give some time at terminals to cool the oil off. That thing would have to have smoking hot oil running constantly.

You could check the Permission Change Log after it stops running to see if there’s a corresponding change. PCL command in remote fast.

Is there possibly a delay timer which needs to be set or expire before the next run?
As Rolly pointed out, constant non stop T/B runs would spell disaster.
