Friends,

Pulling our hair out here, Elevator runs fine up and down but faults out with a 41 fault when trying to re level at any floor in any direction intermittently.

Things we have done already:
Replaced Tach
Adjusted main Brake assembly changed brake switch
Changed Adon 2 to Adon 3 - could not get an adon3

What type of drive is it? Is the load weigher reading correctly? 41 is an ebrake fault. Did you check that switch and E brake assembly. Also inspect the bolts sometimes the heads can fracture causing the brake to not pick centered.

Thank you, Drive is a V3F25 400V 80A

Load weighing was our next step, We can make the emg brake pick

Is this correct for checking Load weighing?

go into menu 5-1 and it shows L 5 with the car empty does this mean it's 5%? From my understanding of these elevators that when you set up the load weigher you turn the pot until it reads 0 then load up the car and make sure it's set at 100 then when the car is empty again it should read 0 (+/-3).

You are correct that the display showing 5 in 5-1 that the system is seeing 5% load. That should not be an issue. There are no pots to turn on the v3f25. It is done through presetting a sensor under the car so that LWD to AGND on the hcb board reads between .5v-1.5v. I have the complete procedure in a pdf file. The 41 error says the ebrake failed to pick. When you are on inspection, pressing either direction button should pick the ebrake. The car will not move. You should see leds on the adon board that correspond to the ebrake being set, and when you pick the brake that led goes out and another comes on.
