Second Question.

We are getting the elevator company in to cut off parking level and let our access control do the work.

It’s a 330A Elevator.

What are the options. They seem to be having trouble getting it to work.

Is there not just a programmable input and software that can be used.

Are you securing the hall call, car call, or both?

Just car call to parkade

Hall calls can be done at the button with hardware changes you can buy through Adams.
If the software has security provisions, car calls can be done at the car or control.
Early 330s had security as part of the core, but later it was job by job selected as part of the original order, or added by CN or upgrade later.
I don't think Adams offers software changes or adds. You may have to involve Schindler directly.
