2nd floor hall push button does not working. Two problems. Actually. Cop buttons stopped working. I replaced the buttons and cop board. They now work. But my second floor hall button does not work. I have fault 0213. I’ve replaced Lon boards, Adon board and the hall button. Still same error and 2nd floor does not work. Way to much cash into this job. Also have done 572 and 571 download and resets Please help guys. Thanks

213 fault is that CPU not seeing floor node. If you have replaced any floor boards in the hoistway make sure the pin jumpers are in the right position. Also check that you have the end of line resister on the floor board furthest away from the controller. If the controller is at the bottom of the building then these boards go in upside down in the ducting so that the CPU can detect a proper roll call. Hope this helps.

Is the machine room at the top or bottom. This will determine the roll call. I have seen in the past where the actual board that is causing the problem is the one before the one not working. In this case, if the first floor board is bad, then the second floor is not working and since the first board has a defect the system is not seeing any hoistway boards thus causing the 213 error. How old is the system?

Thank you. It’s two stop. Kcmhydro in old Montgomery job. Maxine room is at the bottom. And it’s just two stops. Thanks for the input. I’ll check first floor tomorrow and also check my jumpers. Anything else I could missing ? I’ll let you k ow what happens and thanks

End of line resistor reads. 118.4 ohms. Is that right ?

Close enough. 120 by the print. Is board plugged in correctly? XS1 is in and XS2 is out. Did you read the resistor at XH12 on the cpu or at the resistor itself?

Did you ever find out what the issue was with this one? I have a similar issue with both car and shaft comms led's off on the map panel and 0213 fault.

I have replaced LCECPU, ADO board and floor boards and still no luck.
