Our company looks after a toyota auto plant where a direction was written to repair the stop button inside the car. The toyota representative phoned asking why they needed a stop button in the car at all. I explained to him that if for some reason the car ran uncontrollably that this was a way of bringing it to an emergency stop. Their was silence on the other end . oops. my bad.
