Hi,

See attached. Would one typically need to provide both a 480V 3-phase circuit and a 15A 120V circuit for compass controller or just the 15A circuit?

Compass is an auxiliary controller that requires single phase 125v connection, not 3 phase.

Your elevator controller cabinet will always require a three phase supply (480v)

So if your lift is going to have compass as part of your lift installation, you will need both.
