I have a KONE monospace stuck on fire service
Hall phase 1 switch is good, switch inside car works as it should (phase2 works normally , hold works, and turning back to normal recalls to lobby)

Is there anything I would need to do at the controller to remove it? Opening and closing the doors at the lobby does not take it off

Only fault on controller is 2301 but both of my car station boards seem to work

Off the top of my head I think 2301 fault is that CPU is not seeing a hall board. Try pulling the XM16 plug on the right side of the CPU and power off the main disconnect. Wait 30 seconds or so. Power back up with XM16 plug still removed wait about 30 seconds and plug XM16 back in CPU will come alive go back and try resetting the phase 1 key switch. Sometimes the sudden power surge when you power up from the disconnect will lock up CPU.

Enter car call from MAP. Enter elevator and register a car call to the designated fire floor.
When elevator stops at fire floor doors will not open.
Press and hold door open button until elevator doors reach fully open position.
Fire control should now be reset.

Sometimes you need to turn off fire service. 1-62 to 0 power cycle. Change back to 1 and power cycle.
