Hi everyone,
This unit is driving us crazy. Issue comes and goes. Previous service
company told owners to just recycle power, but we want to get to the real source. Unit just completely shuts down, and has the potential of trapping passengers. Hitting reset on 188E Board brings unit back online. Sometimes will run for 2weeks, sometimes only 2hours.

Really appreciate any help.

Another note, it throws the 1087 Fault but continues to operate properly, while I am on site. It is only a 2stop, but seems to throw the 1087 Fault on the downward trip, as soon as it lands on 1.

1087 - Valve Contact OFF Error
Possible causes:
Stuck Valve Pilot Relay
Stuck Motor Contactor Auxiliary Contact
Defective MCD Input
Bad CPU Card
Magnets at Top are Bad or in the Wrong Sequence

Replace K1 through K8 relays on 188E
