Got a Miconic HX giving a 121 fault which says it is generated if the car top pendant station up or down button is pressed when the car is on Automatic, but this is listed as a Drive error in the manual but this is a Hydro?

Any ideas?

•0x0000065 Mismatch of JREC input with the car on inspection. If version 3.5 SW or higher, check CIO board X21 –4 to the normally closed side of the Car Top Inspection switch. V3.5and higher monitors the On/Off state of the car top Inspection switch. Check print page labeled CAB I/O for JREC_CHK input.

•0x0000066 Mismatch JRH on machine room insp.

•0x0000067 JREC on car top

•0x0000078 Possible level zone mismatches on CRIP board with LU and LD inputs. This can be caused by LU or LD relay activating slowly and will necessitate replacing the CRIP board as the relays are not changeable.

Park the car where the car and counterweight crossheads are even, and use the "set EQ midpoint" function on CADI or SMLCD.

65 Hex(101 Dec): The normally open and normally closed contacts of JRECC (In Car Inspection switch ).
66 Hex(102 Dec): The normally open and normally closed contacts of JRH (Machine Room Inspection switch ).
67 Hex(103 Dec): Top of car UP or DOWN button pressed but JREC (top of car inspection switch) on AUTO.
68 Hex(104 Dec): ISKT6 is on, but RSK1 is off.
69 Hex(105 Dec): ISKT6 is off, but RSK1 is on.
6A Hex(106 Dec): ISKT6 is on, but RSK2 is off.
6B Hex(107 Dec): ISKT6 is on, but RSK2 in on.
6E Hex(110 Dec): The normally open and normally closed contacts of JREC (Top of Car Inspection switch ).
6F Hex(111 Dec): The normally open and normally closed contacts of JGB (car door bypass switch ).
70 Hex(112 Dec): The normally open and normally closed contacts of JLB (hoistway door bypass switch ).
71 Hex(113 Dec): The normally open and normally closed contacts of ACCESS_EN (ACCESS Enable switch in car station).
78 Hex(120 Dec): The LVL_ZONE relay is not going on and off when KLU and KLD go on and off.
