Have a crazy issue with one car which is affecting other elevator. Not stopping floor level, skipping floors, not canceling car calls and not always opening car door. I have noticed that SA1 and SA2 aren't dropping out staying made. Also PI has a 0 on it.

Sounds like it's getting lost and not reading Hoistway. If its the same place getting lost, could be travel cords to readers or needs a Floor Height Update. You did not say what kind of Westinghouse it is. If it has Monkey on a stick or a selector, different story.
