I have been working on a 2 stop 330A and in the process of my work got the dreaded 0094 fault. Well, I managed to get that cleared up but now I have a new problem. The elevator won't answer a 2nd floor car call from inside the car and at the rocker switch in the controller. It will respond to a hall call and in fire service phase 2 it will go to the second floor. There is no physical security lockout so I am kind of at a loss anyone have any ideas?

I have never seen that before. Typically its always a NODE error on the hall boards. Never had a car board issue like that. Possible the board behind cop has shifted and the botton is not making connection with micro switch. Have had that. Does the button light up at all when you push it? But that does not explain why the rocker switch is messed up. Have you ever tried dumping the LON memory by removing and shorting the Cap on the IC board?

I have the same issue, on a 3 stop duplex. I will hold the car call, close the doors but not run or reopen doors unless a hall call is registered. Changed COP board (CIOA) but same issue intermittently reappears.

No faults are logged, CPU next on my replacement list,
