Hi, can someone identify this hydro controller? Someone told me it was probably a Payne. I hope someone has prints for this one or a similar one.

Who’s name is on the crosshead?
Definitely an oldie, but maybe post more of the terminal identification numbers and it might ring a bell for someone.
Reminds me of early Montgomery, or Elevator Electric. More pics or x-head info might help.
