There is error 98 in Schindler 3300, what will be the issue, how to clear it.

98 is a "break down code" you'll need your elevator company to look at the fault list to determine what caused it

As above. 98 is a status which simply means there has been a fatal error.

Need to check the Error log for codes.

Call an elevator company to repair

Go to program menu 50 then push Burton enter,sée the error code what means,sée Manual.
After, push escape,go to paramèters 10, enter,101 enter ,change value from 0 to 1 this will Maje a reset if thé fatal fault. Escape from thé menue,Push thé little bouton est on SMIC Board or thé SCPU board. Thé processor will reset and thé elevator will start again if thé fault cause IS not active (Safety Gear contact,over Travel Switch,speed governor Switch).
