Can someone help me identify this otis machine, I am trying to locate Seals for it- Otis parts manual says it is a type H #2 SWT (27BT) but SEES or Texacone does not reference any of these numbers.

That is a #2 Machine, with a modded motor. The number one and Number 2 machine used the Oakum packing material and not a rubber seal. You can Google Oakum Packing Material. Usually unless it has been damaged you can tighten the packing nuts a flat at a time unltil leak slows or stops. Caution do not overtighten.

measure shaft OD and box OD. i have used ones from texacone, never had much luck especially when the shaft is gouged/pitted/etc. up hill battle i'd say... as far as tightening old mechanic taught me after a few dozen runs if you cant hold your hand on the shaft then it's too tight.
