Hi Everybody:
I am new to this forum.
I had been working on this DMCI problem over a week already.
This is a DMCI with 6300BP2 CLC card and 675AH2 software. The problem is the CLC card Loss communication and LED will not light up. I have 5.1 VDC on terminal LCC11 pin 1 & 6. and 10.8 VDC on the swing panel power supply. So I think the CLC card is no good. So I send out the board to be repair. Came back and try (No GOOD). Then I order a new board with the software to replace it. The new board is 6300BP4 with new software. Still no LED and communicate. On the D-Shell on swing panel, I can see the door board and selector board. So I think the communication wiring is good.
Is anyone have the same problem with the DMCI CLC board before?
What do I need to have in order to have the LED light up?
LCC11 beside the 5VDC on the connector, there are some more wiring on that. What voltage should I have?

Make sure you have 5 vdc at the D4 diode, cathode side. if you have less then five volts here maybe you have a bad connection at lcc11. the d4 diode is just above the battery. read from ground connection on the clc board. also make sure your 10.8 volt supply is making it to the clc board. can't recall exactly where to measure this, but i think the communication chips are at the bottom edge of the clc next to the communication connectors that go to the selector and the door board. I am not certain, but i think just the 5 volt to the clc should get the program running. I just helped a guy with this last week, he had a bad power supply, he was only getting 4.3 volts to the diode, even though he had4.9 at the power supply. he started cranking up the voltage adjust and the led came on, on the clc, but then the power supply crowbarred after he hit about 5.2 to the clc. he replaced power supply and all was well. good luck. another thing to remember, is that you need the 24 volt power supply to make it to the SRT D shell connector., so that the tool will communicate with the board. should not effect the program from running, but you will not be able to interact without this voltage.

Just check on d4 have 5.08 vdc, led still not on. Do you know the CLC need to see other board in order to have the led on ?

Check your p24, then p24c. If you have p24 and no p24c then you have a bad toggle sw on your power supply

Sounds to me you have a bad power supply

checked the manual, it says if the clc board has 5.0 to 5.1 volts, and the watchdog LED is not on, then either the board is bad, or the software is no good. measure your ac ripple on the 5 volt power supply. should be low millivolts. might want to change the power supply any way.

I think is the power supply also
Will change it out tomorrow.

Just did some reading
In order for the LED to light up all you need is the LCC11 connector.
For the reference LCC11 connection
LCC11 pin 1 & 2 to G5
pin 3 to G5S
pin 5 & 6 to P5
pin 7 to P5S
pin 8 - 11 & 17 to G24
pin 13 to AC1
pin 15 to AC2
pin 18 to P24

I 2nd a/c ripple being your problem. CLC needs a clean dc signal. Change power supply.

Put meter on AC..Anything over a few millivolts, change it..50 to 100 mv AC is fatal on a 5VDC supply...2 to about 10 is normal. A little more Ripple is allowable on the higer VDC power supplies..

Also, TK is sending me a new board to try also.

Update
Finally go back to the job.
Have to replace both power supply and the CLC board.
Do not know which one causing which go bad.
Re-program and re-learn everything.
Car back in service.
