In order for the LED to light up all you need is the LCC11 connector.
For the reference LCC11 connection
LCC11 pin 1 & 2 to G5
pin 3 to G5S
pin 5 & 6 to P5
pin 7 to P5S
pin 8 - 11 & 17 to G24
pin 13 to AC1
pin 15 to AC2
pin 18 to P24
