Recently tested a Thyssen ICON that failed because the fire key switch in the hall would not reset - the way my guys described it to me, i thought it was a defective key switch so we replaced it today only to find it is still not resetting... im wondering now if the issue is actually controller related, maybe something in the programming or a component in the controller/board is bad? Anyone had anything similar happen?

Have your guys check the I/O’s at the controller and see if the key switch inputs are changing states when they turn the key switch. Have them make sure the phase 2 switch is off. Ensure they are getting their DOL input.
