I got this error once the lift running high speed mode and sudden stop few times.
FATL ER1501, 1502, 1505.
I checked the error log:- NEW: InvF1PosTrp 01: Pos Jump 02: Speed Diff 03: Pos Jump
Kindly help what issue is this?
Best Regards Nick

Maybe a bad encoder/vane sensor? I would try a new learn trip first, before I change the encoder/vane sensor.....

Error ID: 1501 Message ID: 05DD NameShort Inv Car Pos NameLong Invalid Car Position ErrorGroup 1500_1999_Travel_Control_Ext SourceID Identification number of the source code file Description The actual car position read from the position encoder is not in the range of the learnt floor/stop positions (1m above the top floor / 1m below the bottom floor).
The monitoring is not active when a learn trip is needed or is being performed. It is not reported with active montage (JMOF on). The error is surpressed during active acceptance testing, since some of the tests require the elevator to move beyond the normally acceptable range [extreme floors +/- 1meter]. On systems with incremental position tachos this error is not reported. OEM error category Safety Extra Info Actual car position (decimal value in [mm]) when the error occurred.
ID Cause Action 1 Car position encoder was moved (without car) while not connected to control or with power down (AGSI) Do a learn trip 2 Car position encoder was replaced Do a learn trip 3 Car position encoder faulty Replace encoder and do a learn trip
Error ID: 1502 Message ID: 05DE NameShort Position Jump NameLong Position Jump ErrorGroup 1500_1999_Travel_Control_Ext SourceID Identification number of source file Description The software calculates a difference of the car position values for two consecutive readings (read cycle: 10msec) which exceeds a travel distance of 240mm. After 5 consecutive wrong reading cycles the software logs the error: the elevator performs an emergency stop and is blocked permanent.
This monitoring limits the 'change rate' of the readings from the position tacho and prevents that the software calculates wrong a false floor position (or speed) for the car. The limit value of 240mm is independent of the car speed (240mm is less than the foreseen minimum floor distance). The limit distance is not adjustable. OEM error category Safety Extra Info Value of position tacho [increments]
ID Cause Action 1 EMC problems with car position encoder (absolute encoder) Check wiring of car position encoder 2 Faulty car position encoder Replace encoder 3 Faulty wiring of car position encoder Check wiring and connectors
Error ID: 1505 Message ID: 05E1 NameShort InvFlPosTrp NameLong Invalid Floor Position during Trip ErrorGroup 1500_1999_Travel_Control_Ext SourceID Identification of the source code file Description Inconsistent floor position found during a trip. The error is logged when: a.) the software detects no related floor signal (e.g. hardware input KUET/KUET2) at a car position for which a floor/stop was detected during the learn trip; b.) the software sees the input for the floor/stop detection (e.g. KUET/KUET2) switching at a car position not related to a position found during the learn trip.
The monitoring is disabled: - when a learn trip is needed or is being performed. - with active montage (JMOF on). - when the mains switch JH is off
On systems with incremental position tachos this error is not reported when the car position is unknown and during a 'sync trip' . OEM error category Safety Extra Info Actual car position (decimal value in [mm]) when the error occurred.
ID Cause Action 1 Missing floor magnet or floor vane (KUET/KUET2). Check the hardware in the hoistway. 2 Faulty input on interface board for KUET/KUET2. Check/replace the interface board. 3 Mechanical problem with fixation of floor vane. Check fixation of vane(s).

Hi, Thanks for reply. Looks like bad situation for this matter. I did predict either the motor encoder may faulty but what is vane sensor? https://ibb.co/8cqXVPF <--- is this the item? with the orange strip With replacement the encoder machine, in which menu to learn run? (sorry i forgot). Do you have the manual for this 5500 model? Best Regards nick

In my experience, I've had A faulty ELGO sensor. It may need replacing. Best to try giving it a shaft learn run

Hi, Tamperprufe.
Thanks for info. I see the floor level is using the magnet switch white colour. Floor Height there is a sensor location at car top and with a long steel bar hoistway mounted inside. (sorry hard to explain that, and no take picture)
Comparing with 3300 and 5400, they both totally not the same system. (Sorry is not 5500, is 5400) Miconic MX-GC CO MX 6.1 55504660
(Hi Heisenberg), Yes i'm afraid thats the item faulty. Still investigate it.

Only need shaft learn run when replacing. You need to make sure the the parameters in the smlcd match the make of the sensor
