Got a 3 stop EIB Schindler hydro. Front and rear doors. My top floor hall station card stays lit all the time. So I ordered new board from Adams. The new board opens the car at a lower floor. Does the new board new to be programmed ? They also told me to remove BE1 jumper on controller.

If you replace a 330A HPBNA board you have to address it or it won’t work

Depends on the board version. If you do have the 2.Q version all of the HPB should be 2.Q. Sometimes you'll get 3.Q from Adams.
Pretty common LON issue with the 330A. Check your CAT5 cable, make sure that is not wounded in the hoistway, check your power supply in the controller. Make sure that you do have max. 25.5 VDC.
