No prints remote job always fun. Got power going into ac frequency drive not powered coming out on motor uvw. All doors closed and safeties made up KU relay comes in and plc says safety ok door closed and pltf up. K5 contactor does not change state and no power coming from ac drive. Any help appreciated thanks. [email protected]

Does it have a backup battery setup? If so check and make sure your batteries are good. Check with a load.

Sounds like the inverter is bad. Are the LEDs on?? What you are calling K5 is probably KS. Is KS in or out??

Thanks for replies guys KS was out never came in suspect that it was that inverter. got prints for inverter and unit will be going back in a month or so to verify. The LED's were on had power coming in and not out. KS never came in though and it looked like some of the contacts on KS contactor were the fsr feed for the inverter.

KS is the safety string relay, it has to be in before the inverter can run.

You ever figure out what was the issue? I have the exact same issue you had. No prints on the job making it a little more challenging.
