Schindler 330A 3-stop. Car Call not working for 3rd floor. Hall Call for 3 works and Car Calls for 1 & 2 are good. Have rocker switches in Controller for sending car to top & bottom floor and rocker for 3 doesn't work. Can also send it to 3 through the UIT. Disconnected the rocker switch wiring from X1 on the CRIPHNA and still can't get a Car Call for 3. Any ideas? Is it bad CRIPHNA? Or a bad CPB board?

most likely a bad CPB board where the buttons sit. But it should work from the motor room toggle switch.

What ended up being the cause? Bad CPB board? Having the same issue.

I had one when I open up the COP the board behind the buttons had pushed out of the plastic clips that held it in place if someone hits the cop hard enough the board will pop out.

The car call for bottom landing wont latch from c.o.p, will latch from controller UIT, but not the rocker switch in controller. The top call works from rocker switch. The bottom call will latch on Fire service. The door open button also will not work when at the bottom landing as well. The door open button will only work if I use it prior to getting a full close only at that floor. It has to be a problem is software. Still curious what wltr00 did to fix issue

Can you put the elevator on service? JRV? Keyswitch in the car station. Will the car respond to the call when on JRV? If so then it might have a secured floor at the bottom.

I didn't see any secured floors in UIT, if it is locked out, how do I clear it?

look in car station board see if wires hooked to six pin plug top right thats your lockouts
