We were doing a 5yr test on a 200fpm GEN2 and we now keep having a 2855 ETP1 fault at the top floor. Anyone have a newer manual they would be willing to share and any help would be most appreciated.

ETS1 fault every time at both terminal floors and also 2922 over speed fault on one floor runs.

Still looking for help. Getting a 2922 ETSC over speed fault every run. Car is 200fpm and it looks like that’s disabled as it’s supposed to be but we still get 2922 at every floor and 2855 at terminal floors.

Don’t know if you solved this but this happened to me not long ago, if your gen2 is running 1016mm/s or less (200fpm) you don’t need to have etp1-2 enables so in parameters you should have Enable ETSS chk, set it to 000 to get rid of this fault. If you have your HHT go to M-2-3-7 and look for the Parameter there

Also if the parameter is disabled and you still get the fault enable your SC/SP Config and go into the setup and set ETSD1-2 to FF
