Hello would anyone out there know of a way to test the Governor over speed on an e 5000 escalator without the kone service tool. I work for an independent and don’t see them buying the tool as this is our only kone escalator.

If this unit has an S controller, you need the service tool. You can download falts to a laptop, but I believe you have to have a service tool hooked up at the same time.
